1 – KeyPhrase Analysis
In order to optimise the amount of highly targeted website traffic
that we obtain for our clients, it is necessary to conduct intensive
analysis of what search terms the website needs to be optimised
for.
By interrogating a database of over 300 million phrases which people
have searched for in the last 2 months, we can find the most appropriate
and popular phrases to target for a client’s website.
Unlike most of our competitors, our keyphrase research is manual
which is critical for good results.
2 - Registration of Promotional Domain
Name
We then register a domain name which is closely related to your
business or product.
The promotional Everest website we create will
be on this new domain name. This domain name will appear highly
on the search engines and searchers who click on this domain will
arrive at your main website.
3 - Search Engine Optimisation
Following registration of the domain name, the main Everest
optimisation process now begins. We craft highly optimised
pages according to each of the major search engines’ algorithms.

5- Search Engine Submissions
Once the above has been completed, we engage in an intense submission
campaign to alert all the search engines which use software programs
known as “spiders” or “robots” to come and
visit your Everest promotional website.
We build in a variety of elements onto the site to encourage them
to fully index all the pages. This indexing process happens over
several weeks.
After being included in the various search engine databases, the
optimisation work already completed will take effect and after a
period of several weeks, interested searchers will start to visit
your website by being able to find you.
Once the promotional site is known to the search engines, they
will automatically revisit you and will only delete you from their
databases if your website is not operational.

6 - Inktomi Paid Inclusion
Yahoo! bought a company called Inktomi in September 2003. Inktomi
is a little-know search engine database which provides results to
Yahoo!
As part of the Everest package you purchase, your
Everest website will be automatically included
in the Inktomi database which checks your Everest
website for changes every 48 hours.
7- Ongoing Modifications
Search engines use ranking algorithms or formulas to rank your
site depending on a variety of factors. AltaVista has recently stated
they use over 100 different factors in their algorithm.
With our technical expertise integrated into Everest range,
we are able to reverse-engineer these secret algorithms thereby
allowing us to apply the same principles to your website.
We monitor and adjust the optimised pages on a weekly basis to
ensure that the high visitor numbers we have achieved for you are
consistently maintained.
